2. What data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• Name, email address, company name (optional), and your message
• IP address (for spam prevention)

We do not use cookies. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking. All fonts are self-hosted — no data is sent to Google or other third parties when you visit this website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures). IP addresses are processed based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data sharing

Contact form submissions are sent via Resend (email delivery service, data processed in the EU/EEA). This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and deleted within 12 months after last contact unless a business relationship is established.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA)
